FAQs

What happens in a session? Each session is a space for you to be fully yourself—no fixing, no pressure. I’ll gently guide you with deep listening, intuitive insight, and compassionate questions. Sometimes we uncover stuck patterns, sometimes we just soften into what’s here. You don’t need to prepare anything—just come as you are.

Do I need to have a specific problem to work with you? Not at all! You don’t need to have everything figured out to start. If you’re feeling stuck, uncertain, or simply want more alignment in your life, support can help you gain clarity and direction.

What can I expect from a support session? In each session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where you’re fully heard and supported. We’ll talk through what’s on your mind, explore what truly matters to you, and take concrete steps forward.

How long do we need to work together? As long or short as you want. Some clients choose short-term support to gain clarity or tackle a specific challenge, while others prefer a longer relationship for deeper growth. I’m here to support you in whatever way feels right, with no pressure to commit to more than you need.

What if I don’t have a clear goal yet? That’s perfectly fine! You don’t need to have a specific goal to start. We can explore where you’re at, what feels important to you, and uncover the next steps together.

Do I need to believe in anything spiritual for this to work? Not at all. This space is about you and your experience. Whether you feel deeply connected to spiritual practices or just need a calm place to sort through life, you’re welcome exactly as you are.

Can I cancel or reschedule a session? Absolutely! Life happens, and I understand that things come up. If you need to reschedule, just let me know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll find another time. If it’s last-minute, I’ll do my best to accommodate. The goal is to make this process as flexible and supportive as possible for you.

Confidentiality & Mandated Reporting As your support, I’m committed to creating a space that is honest, compassionate, and confidential. What you share in our sessions stays between us — with one important exception. I am a mandated reporter because I’m in grad school to become a therapist, which means I’m legally required to report if I have reason to believe that a child, elder, or dependent adult is being abused or neglected or that someone is at risk of serious harm to themselves or others. This is not about judgment — it’s about safety. These situations are rare, but if they ever come up, I will always do my best to talk with you first and support you.
