My name is Rena DeLevie and I’m a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP).
I’m a sensitive empath: a spiritual person in tune with emotions and deeply compassionate. I work with clients to reduce suffering and increase joy, using compassion, accountability and humor to nurture Self-awareness, Self-like, and Self-love.
In managing my own anxiety, I have practiced Buddhist mindfulness and meditation for over 20 years. In response to loving an alcoholic, I became a member of Al Anon over 5 years ago.
I bring over 25 years with Fortune 500 companies as a Leadership and Operational Efficiency expert, and Compassionate Thought Leader and teacher. My book, Compassionate Leadership, set my reputation as a leading pioneer in Compassionate Leadership and my TEDxTalk “Compassionate Management — using compassion as a business tool | Rena DeLevie,” has been used in businesses around the country as a model to radically change Leadership Culture and how we treat one another.
