Fall in love with your Self.

My name is Rena DeLevie and I bring more than 30 years of experience helping people grow, connect, and lead with compassion. Before becoming a Marriage and Family Therapist, I founded a consulting business where I taught Compassionate Leadership and operational excellence to organizations in the corporate sector. A lifelong artist and deeply spiritual person, I have maintained a mindfulness and meditation practice for more than two decades. My work has always been guided by a consistent intention: to reduce suffering and increase joy.

I believe meaningful change begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. My approach is grounded in curiosity, authenticity, and deep respect for each person’s lived experience. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, I help clients quiet self-criticism, deepen understanding, strengthen connection, and cultivate more compassionate relationships with themselves and one another.

My experiences as a parent and partner have deepened my appreciation for the importance of affirmation, acceptance, and belonging. I strive to provide an inclusive, compassionate space where LGBTQ+ individuals and their families can navigate challenges, celebrate growth, and build relationships grounded in authenticity and mutual understanding.

My passion is helping clients cultivate self-awareness and self-compassion so they can ultimately fall in love with themselves.
