Compassion helps us manage the urge to catastrophize and can shift these negative energies we call anxiety and fear into neutral or positive energies we call calm, peaceful, and comfortable. We use compassion in order to reduce suffering, succeed at work and love, and enjoy this hard thing we do called living in 2021.
