I am in love with The Feminist Male

There’s a new kid in town and his name is The Feminist Male. I am in love with this Man.

  • He is in his twenties and early thirties, and a few in my generation and older
  • He is smart, articulate and passionate about equal rights
  • He is a father brother son cousin married in-relationship single
  • He is multi-racial and multi-religion
  • He is gay, straight, trans, bi

Maybe He was always here and I just never met him, but Facebook has introduced me to this Guy and I am thrilled. On Facebook, I’ve connected many different Men and I want to share some of their pages with you:

Why do I want to share these pages? Because they are the very epitome of Compassion and that’s my passion. Is there anything more compassionate than recognizing the equality and full humanity of every person?

I’m a Feisty Feminist and sometimes people misinterpret that to mean a bra burning, man hating, anger filled zealot who wants to take down the patriarchy. There’s a smidge of truth to this- I don’t have a great need for a bra and I do want to shift from patriarchy to equality.  I envision compassion filled offices and homes where each human is treated with equal doses of respect, dignity and fairness. And I’m grateful to have these Feisty Feminist Men join the Chorus. It’s a Chorus that is growing in size and volume and I feel the tide shifting, The Quantum Shift is happening, towards Equality and Compassion for all people.
