Saying sorry when you are

Just do it.  It’s the right thing to do.  Who cares if it’s received with a smug face or an unfriendly attitude.  Maintaining your integrity is way more valuable than protecting your ego.

You never know, it might open up a new and wonderful camaraderie and collegiality you never thought possible.
