No room for interpretation

,

Ambiguity can be exhausting. “I think.”  Is the project done or not?  Is the deadline tomorrow or next month?  Please don’t leave room for interpretation because that builds mistrust and opens up the door for surprises, which nobody running a company wants.  Believe me.

Do your research, get specific answers to questions and ask some of your own to get even more answers and then present the situation/report/documentation with complete and accurate information with, you guessed it, no room for interpretation.
