Billy’s great ideas

A few weeks ago, I posted a question on a business site and Billy’s response below is one of the best responses I received.  I found it to be heartfelt and meaningful.  I especially like fact that he’s honest about what went wrong and what has helped to make things better.

(I think the typos and line breaks communicate his passion for connection and commitment and not being caught up in perfection.  I needed that lesson.  Thanks Billy.)
